Returns Instructions

Not 100% satisfied with your item?
-We offer 3 days free returns, no questions asked.
-Pack your item (with its original tags intact & no damage) together with the INVOICE SLIP.
-Items will be exchanged with SAME DESIGN only. We only exchange it with the size/color requested.
-Then simply drop off to our office or via Pos Laju.


1.     What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?

Do I get AKUMANANG Special Lucky Draw Vouchers for every purchase?

-          Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers. Many items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before you checkout.
