Returns Instructions

Not 100% satisfied with your item?
-We offer 3 days free returns, no questions asked.
-Pack your item (with its original tags intact & no damage) together with the INVOICE SLIP.
-Items will be exchanged with SAME DESIGN only. We only exchange it with the size/color requested.
-Then simply drop off to our office or via Pos Laju.

 

1.     What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?

For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at sales.qafahaus@gmail.com or text us directly at +673 7235231. We will advice accordingly

Local Delivery Only (Within Brunei)

Delivery Charges of $2 for Brunei Muara area while $3 for Tutong & Kuala Belait areas and Temburong for $4 only!
